The village was previously owned by Sheffield Hallam University but has now been purchased by Intellectual Property who are carrying out extensive refurbishment works to the development.
Teabag created a short film based around the arrival of Leeds based Intellectual Property to the Sheffield area in the forms of brand coloured cgi ribbons that are filmed flying through the city before breathing new life into the Norfolk Park village.
Following on from the promotional DVD that was aimed at the buy to let investor market, Teabag were then commissioned to brand and market the development to potential student tenants through printed and online media.
