At the heart of Leeds’ business district, York place is a mixed use scheme consisting of a row of refurbished Edwardian town houses and a new build residential development at the rear.

The scheme also includes a private courtyard space in the middle of the development for residents and office workers.

Teabag were commissioned by LifeHomes to produce a collection of visualisations that would be used in the in the developments promotional materials that would be distributed to potential property purchasers.
